WE WILL WORK HARD

We are committed to keeping Casa Israel an institution with values which renders quality services during this year.  Therefore, we will work hard to fulfill the following goals:

1.     We will work hard to remain efficient and innovative in the rendering of high quality services. This is why we ask ourselves: What else can be done to make what we already have be more efficient? What small step can be taken to improve our quality and services?

2.     We will work hard to uphold our commitment to be better and be more responsible each day, and to keep reaching our goal of being a recognized leading institution in the rendering of services to the elderly by providing quality of life and social security to our people, in addition to economic value.

3.     We will work hard to keep our vision and reach our crucially important goal of “retaining 100% occupancy”.   This would result in constant and sustained growth.

4.     We will work hard to make Casa Israel an institution for the common good where the values of service, solidarity and honesty will characterize each member of our community.

5.     We will work hard to identify changes that have taken place in order to seek new opportunities and ways to improve our performance.

6.     We will work hard to continue taking good care of our patients, attending to their recovery, and providing individualized service through excellent team work.

7.     We will work hard to continue providing the highest quality service and to evoke interest in our job so as to keep making us leaders in service and loyalty.
